I had this guitar made for me back in 1985.  I actually refused the first two because I felt the top wasn't figured enough. So, I guess there are 2 others out there somewhere.  It features a Gibson Super Tune Tremolo, which was factory done when it was made. I've never seen another on a Les Paul.  The neck has a fast 60's style. The only thing non-original is the bridge pick-up, which I replaced with a Seymour Duncan Full Shed. This is a really, really cool guitar and it was my dream guitar. I hate to give it up. The back of the headstock has a gibson decal stating custom shop original which leads me to believe it was the 1st and only one at that time. The Top is simply stunning! This guitar is in very good condition and hard to believe it is 24 years old.
