PP-9 Power Pump Voltage Converter
The Power Pump is an inline voltage step-up converter that accepts 9 volts DC and increases it to an output voltage of 12, 18, or 24 volts DC at specific current values (see chart below). Output voltage is determined by position of the 3-way switch located on the unit’s chassis. Input is standard polarity Tip positive/Barrel negative female barrel connector and Output is standard polarity Tip negative/Barrel positive male barrel connectorSpecifications:
In: 9 VDC @ 1700 mA (recommended)
Out: 12 VDC (.65 A) - 18 VDC (.44A) -
24 VDC (.33 A) @ 5%
Power Rating: 7.83 W continuous
Polarity: Tip Negative/Barrel Positive
Directions for Use:
Attach the PP-9 directly to the PA-9 or to a lead on the Cable-5 Daisy Chain Set the PP-9 to the required voltage – It can only supply 1 voltage at a time.
Make sure you check the polarity and voltage of the unit to be powered before connecting it to the Power Pump. Connect the PP-9 to the unit (s) to be powered - You can power multiple units off each PP-9 as long as you do not exceed the max Current per voltage listed above.
You can power up to 2 PP-9’s off one PA-9
Notes to User:
The Power Pump is designed to work in conjunction with the Godlyke PA-9 Power-All 9-volt digital power supply ONLY. Using it with other power supplies can damage them, the PP-9, and/or the unit (s) being powered. Godlyke, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damage resulting from abuse of misuse of this product. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE VOLTAGE AND POLARITY BEFORE CONNECTING ANY UNIT TO THE PP-9!!!
