Lesson Policy Change
Triple R
Guitar School of Music will be changing their lesson policy effective
May 1, 2006. Due to our instructors full schedules, and a high
number of “no call – no show” students, we will no longer be able to offer
reschedules for students that miss their lessons.
We schedule on a monthly basis. However, it is our goal to lock the student
into a weekly time slot. This makes it easier for students to remember their
time. Please try to be 5 to 10 minutes early for your lesson, have your
instrument tuned, and be ready to start at your scheduled time. This
will help us from running over into the next student’s time and will maximize
your learning time.
Lesson payments are to be paid in monthly installments. For those students
that wish to continue their lessons your tuition for the next month
isdue at the end of the previous month if you would
like us to hold your scheduled lesson time.
Checks must be written to: TRIPLE R GUITAR. Also, in the
memo line please write the students name and the name of the
instructor, this must be done for tax purposes. If you must pay in
cash, cash must be placed in an envelope with the following details written on
the envelope: Student name, Instructor name, and time period
details. Late payments will be assessed a $10 per week late fee, and
return check fee is $25.
Lesson that are scheduled, paid for and missed by the student cannot
be made up or rescheduled. If the instructor misses a lesson we will
give credit for an additional lesson or schedule a suitable substitute
teacher.
If you cannot attend for the 4 weeks for other obligations or vacation please
make us aware so we can maintain accurate records and offer the time for the
instructor and other students to utilize. There will be no exceptions to
the policy for any reason including emergency, or any notification of non
attendance. We have reserved your time and we encourage you to attend
your scheduled lesson to receive maximum benefit. Your cooperation with
this policy is greatly appreciated.

Lessons): 1/2 Hour - $80/month Hour - $160/month
